Matoses arrives from London, UK where she has used her unique approach and evident talent to design at the highest level in Europe’s most competitive environment.

The agency said Matoses' previous work demonstrates the latest international design trends merging with the Chinese cultural environment to effectively serve local and international brand requirements.

“Carla is a brilliant, elegant and creative talent with a wealth of experience that is rarely found in China,” said Antoine Gouin, managing director of Auditoire China. “She joins Panda Tan to offer clients environmental, graphic and brand design which will redefine spaces and keep Auditoire at the forefront of event communication.”

“I was attracted to China because it’s a blooming creative market and I was keen to work with and learn from the Chinese people and their culture at this very exciting time in the country’s development,” said Matoses, a first class honours graduate of the St Martins Design School in London, UK.

Matoses will be based in Shanghai in working on new business and the agency's major accounts, including Rolex, Mercedes Benz and L’Oreal.
