Both IndoChina group CEO Rob Graham and ECD John Archer will move to HCMC. The move comes as Bates Vietnam managing director Andrew Lethlean departed the agency.

Finance and administrative support staff will be recruited locally. While the Cambodian office remains under the leadership of Bates Cambodia MD Brenden Arnold, Graham will oversee Bates Vietnam.
141 Cambodia has also hired Matthew Collier as business director. Formerly head of client service at Bold Advertising in Sydney, Collier will oversee 141 Cambodia's key accounts, including BAT.
