The agency did not comment on where Lall is headed to next.

Lall established the agency with Stewart Shanley, who has since then assumed the position of global chief operating officer, and Kenneth Augustine, creative director for Iris India.

Filling leadership role will be the triumvirate of Ashish Mathur, senior vice-president for experiential, Ram Krishna, assistant vice-president for digital and strategy, and Augustine. All three will report directly to Shanley.

“I still remember meeting Lall for the first time when we were recruiting for a start-up leader in India,” recalled Shanley. “He is a true integrated practitioner and an Iris person through and through: curious, risk-positive and entrepreneurial.”

Iris India provides full-service integration to clients including Sony Ericsson, Dell, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Shell, and Adidas.
