Pixels debuts weather-driven mobile ads in Hong Kong with Levi's

HONG KONG - Pixels is introducing weather-aware, speech-capable and panoramic mobile ad formats in Hong Kong, with the company's CEO not-so-modestly proclaiming that the company is saving Hong Kong from 'mobile ad hell'.
