Singapore Airlines selects Insider for AI-led personalisation

Singapore Airlines announced it has hired digital marketing platform Insider to drive growth by providing AI-based personalisation across its channels, following a competitive pitch.

Using Insider’s growth management platform, SIA will look to personalise individual consumer booking journeys from initial consideration through to conversion. Post-booking, Insider’s platform will send push notifications and recommendations to drive greater customer loyalty and ancillary revenue through upselling, the companies said.

"Singapore Airlines' decision to focus on providing relevant, contextual interactions to its customers demonstrates its deep commitment to becoming a leader in multichannel customer experiences, and we are very excited to be taking this journey together," said Hande Cilingir, Insider CEO and co-founder.
