Photos: MassiveMusic’s Tokyo launch party

The Dutch music agency is now live in Japan.

Massive Music, a Netherlands-based music production company, just opened an office in Tokyo’s Minami Aoyama district. The hub will serve not just the Japan market, but also the rest of Asia. To mark the launch, On 11 May Massive invited around 400 people to celebrate at Wall & Wall, a venue with fittingly impressive acoustics not far from the office. DJs Shacho and Massive Music’s own Kickflip provided the entertainment.

Massive Music was founded in 2000 by Hans Brouwer. The Tokyo office is led by Junya Terui, formerly of Syn, as MD along with Tamon Fujimi as head of business development and Rick Sakurai as creative director and composer.
