2019 Cannes contenders: 'Deadly Questions' by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne
We asked creative leaders from across the region choose the work they expect (or hope) to see winning at Cannes Lions this year. See all this year's Cannes contenders.

Contender: Deadly Questions
Agency: Clemenger BBDO Melbourne
Client: Victoria State Government

Nominated by:

Melinda Kerr, creative director, PwC:

It's challenging to get a great idea through government—let alone one with a rawness such as this. I love its authenticity—it's a subject that's been danced around in the past. This campaign nails the need to better communicate, and there's no better way of doing that than directly. Also hat tip for the clear, classic typography.
