Claiming to be Singapore's and possibly Asia's first dedicated corporate mobile app developer, Appio Labs launched to assist organisations to enhance their connectivity in an increasingly mobile world, be it with their customers, employees, suppliers, or with the public.

Appio Labs is a joint venture between Singapore Offshore Services (SOS), BrandHub, and other ‘angel’ investors.

"The mobile application is redefining the way we interact. We used to work with complex multifunction applications, and now we see applications that are dedicated to a few frequently used functions, like accessing corporate sales data, key financial key data while on the go,” said Sachin Goklaney, founding director of Appio Labs

He further added that the role of Appio Labs is to help organisations develop apps that are an integral part of their business operations, not just an afterthought or 'cool' piece of technology.

With offices in Singapore, UK, Vietnam and UAE, Appio Labs has successfully developed, and is in the process of developing, a range of apps for clients in a variety of sectors including social media, finance and retail.
