Cannes 2016: APAC's Direct Lions winners

Double Golds for Colenso BBDO Auckland and Y&R New Zealand

CANNES - Auckland agencies Colenso BBDO and Y&R New Zealand had a good night in the Direct category bringing home two Gold Lions each.

Colenso BBDO's 'Brewtroleum' campaign turned waste from the brewing process into biofuel, while Y&R's work had Burger King calling on McDonald's to set aside their differences in honour of Peace Day.

The only Grand Prix in direct went to INGO Stockholm for a campaign on behalf of the Swedish Tourist Association.
