The industry veteran moves from Hong Kong to London to head up the creative services team at Clive.

Darren Kerr moves to London's Clive

Events industry veteran Darren Kerr has moved to London as head of creative services for experiential agency Clive. 

Previously based in Hong Kong as creative strategist of Factor168, he has been involved in events such as Oracle Openworld, Clinton Global Initiative and the 2015 APEC CEO Summit featuring over twenty heads of state, including President Barack Obama and President Xi Jingping.

Kerr has also built a portfolio of live experiential marketing clients from the UK, USA, Asia and Australia. Brands he has worked with include Microsoft, Huawei, Alibaba, EMC, Oracle, Prudential, Bloomberg, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Ford and Audi.

Commenting on the appointment, Clive director Sean Doyle said: "Darren has worked with some of the world’s most exciting brands over the last twenty years, this has allowed him to achieve a number of ‘firsts’ in the world of experiential and incentives, as well as being recognised with a whole host of international awards."

On his new role, Kerr said: “I am absolutely delighted—beyond delighted—to be joining Clive, an agency I’ve held in high regard for a number of years for not only their iconic creative approach and high standards of delivery—but also the Clive team’s high care factor that they always bring to everything."
