Emmanuel Allix has resigned from his position as vice-president and managing director at InMobi Asia-Pacific. He joined InMobi in November 2009, and was tasked to grow the company's revenue by deepening the relationships with advertisers and publishers.

"After over a year of memorable experiences at InMobi, it's been a very hard decision to leave a great team. But I have decided to move on to pursue some personal endeavors," Allix said, "I am extending the entire InMobi team all my best wishes and moving forward on their road to even greater heights."

He was previously regional mobile director at Group M before departing in May 2009 to take up a position at Pudding Media where he was instrumental in launching the company in three markets. Allix is an APAC board member and vice-chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association.

“We thank Emmanuel for his contribution to InMobi’s regional success over the past year and wish him the best in his future endeavours,” said Naveen Tewari, founder and CEO, InMobi.

Allix is succeeded by Atul Satija, previously Google’s head of wireless business for Japan and Asia-Pacific. Satija brings with him over 12 years of experience in the technology and online media space in the Asia-Pacific region and will be based in Bangalore, India.

“It’s an exciting time for us and our team across the globe is geared up for an extremely successful 2011 as a global mobile technology provider. As we continue to evolve with the rapidly changing business landscape, we are delighted to welcome Atul to the InMobi family. With his extensive regional experience, we look forward to the market insights and fresh ideas that he brings to the table and are confident in his ability to grow our already well-established regional business,” Tewari added.
