Florence Tan joins TBWA\Singapore as director of operations

SINGAPORE - TBWA\Singapore has appointed Florence Tan as director of operations to facilitate integration between departments as the agency gears up for regional and global growth.

In her new role, Tan will ensure that operations across all units, including TBWA\, TEQUILA\, T\PR, The Integer Group, and AUDITOIRE\, are well managed and running cohesively so as to maximise efficiency and productivity.

With over 27 years in the advertising industry, Tan has held a number of positions, including head of creative services at Euro RSCG Singapore. She also spent 19 years as creative services director at Leo Burnett, managing major regional clients such as McDonald’s and Proctor & Gamble’s SKII.

Alrick Dorett, chief operating officer of TBWA\Singapore, said, “Florence brings along a wealth of experience as we enter a new era of growth and development.”
