Francia-Munar will also be tasked with diversifying the product offer, especially in the fields of activation, sports and mobile. She will report in to SK Biswas, director of Indo-China and Indonesia, at Havas Media.

Francia-Munar has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, holding senior roles at several agencies including Group M Indonesia, Initiative Media Indonesia, Zenith Optimedia Indonesia and MEC Philippines.

Biswas commented that Francia-Munar brought "an excellent track record" in building and growing a multi-disciplinary media agency.

“She has strong Indonesia-centric credentials and is highly respected by clients, talent and media partners. We are very pleased to have her in Indonesia, which is one of the strongest markets for Havas Media in Asia,” Biswas added.

Vishnu Mohan, CEO of Havas Media, Asia Pacific, said, “Francia-Munar not only has an impeccable track record in managing big media agencies but also fits in very well with the entrepreneurial culture of Havas Media. I am certain she will build on the great platform that MPG has in place in Indonesia.”
