Peter Comparelli returns to Prestige Hong Kong as Paul Ehrlich resigns

HONG KONG - Paul Ehrlich, the current editor of Prestige Hong Kong, an affluent lifestyle magazine published by CR Media in Singapore, will resign from the company for family related reasons, while Peter Comparelli, its former editor who left the magazine in 2008, will return to fill the editor’s post.

According to sources, Ehrlich will continue his connection with CR Media, but will engage in independent writing projects in Hong Kong and Bangkok.

Ehrlich was instrumental in the launching of several magazines, including Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, Power and Malaysia Airlines' Going Places, among others.

Meanwhile Comparelli, who left the editor role at Prestige Hong Kong in 2008, will return to the Magazine and take over Ehrlich's editor post. He has over two decades of editorial experience in Asia, including Time Warner's regional newsweekly, Asiaweek, and as managing editor of the regional business magazine Asia Inc.

CR Media took over publishing duties for Prestige Hong Kong in January 2010, pulling the license from 3cm Media.
