CR Media launches Prestige New York

SINGAPORE - Home grown publishing company CR Media has launched Prestige New York, a US edition of its international luxury lifestyle magazine.

Prestige New York debuts this week with 50,000 copies targeting people in the NY tri-state area who have a net worth of US$10 million or above, excluding their primary residence.

The company has also appointed Ray Chelstowski as the publisher for the title. Cheltowski has previously worked with Rolling Stone, where he spent four years.

Prestige New York will offer content and commentary on city’s society leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, politicians and innovators.

Jane Leong, founding director and group CEO of CR Media said, “We are pleased to introduce Prestige New York, a connecting circle for New York’s community of wealth and privilege, and those who market to them”.

The title’s editor-in-chief Rhonda Palmer said, “New York is a place of international awareness, culture and intelligence, where people thirst for new concepts, ideas and information—Prestige New York is the prescription”.

CR Media is an independent media houses headquartered in Singapore with a portfolio of regional publishing brands such as Prestige Singapore, Tictalk and Luxx as well as localised licensed versions of Prestige in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong.
