Rebecca Kuei leaves Google

HONG KONG - Google Hong Kong and Taiwan's head of sales and business development, Rebecca Kuei (pictured), has left the search giant for personal reasons.

Rebecca Kuei leaves Google
In more than two years at Google, Kuei oversaw business developments on the iGoogle platform in Taiwan, which later expanded into the Hong Kong market.

“It is hard to leave my ‘comrades’ who have gone through all the ups and downs with me, and it is sad to part with all the people that supported me throughout,” said Kuei. “ I’ll definitely miss the Google office and the free Haagen Daaz.”

Kuei has worked in the Internet, technology and communications sectors for 19 years, and was previously with Microsoft.
