The Spikes Festival of Creativity has announced the 13 Jury Presidents who will lead panels of experts to assess the work submitted in 21 categories from creative teams around Asia.

The festival, which will be held from 26-28 September at Suntec in Singapore, has a new director this year, Joe Pullos, who said this year's line-up of Presidents would ensure only the very best work is recognised and celebrated.
