BANGKOK - Y&R Thailand has been selected as communications partner for real estate conglomerate Sansiri’s single detached house business, following a two-way credentials presentation.
The agency will work on strategic communication, print, outdoor and other supporting sales materials for four campaigns for the company, to run during 2011.
Sansiri is one of the biggest real estate developers in Thailand. The company recently announced ambitious growth targets that will see revenue increase by 10 per cent in 2011 to eventually reach US$947 million (THB29 billion) in 2012 and then US$1.1 billion by 2013.
