Carlsberg wishes good fortune for the Lunar New Year

SINGAPORE - Carlsberg Singapore has unveiled an integrated Chinese New Year campaign, 'Fortune flows with Carlsberg', hoping that good fortune flows continuously for the Year of the Dragon.

Running until 9 February, it focuses on Carlsberg’s wishes for good fortune for the New Year. The campaign was developed by Euro RSCG

The media and digital, meanwhile, were handled by OMD Singapore across television, radio, print advertisements, digital platforms and out-of-home media. The public relations agency is Communications DNA.

Print advertisements are appearing in key national dailies and a special CNY Facebook application has also been developed for fans of the Carlsberg Facebook page. In addition, the commercial shows how people step up to do the right thing during this festive season, reflecting a few scenarios which most people can relate to.

A series of roadshows, featuring the world renowned Lion Dance Troupe from the Cheng Jing Hui Dragon and Lion Dance Association, will also be launched across the island.

Carlsberg is also giving away a BMW 3-series convertible to a lucky winner. One can participate in the lucky draw for every SG$15 purchase of Carlsberg Green Label, Carlsberg Gold and Carlsberg Special Brew at participating supermarkets and hypermarkets; three Carlsberg Green Label bottle caps with Thank You motifs at participating coffee shops and hawker centres; or US$30 purchase of Carlsberg Green Label at participating bars, clubs and pubs.
