BBDO Taiwan takes MSN brand image

TAIPEI - Microsoft Taiwan has named BBDO Taiwan as its new agency for its MSN brand image and 10th anniversary celebration campaigns, after a pitch against McCann Erickson Taiwan and Euro RSCG Taiwan.

BBDO Taiwan will put together a campaign including advertising, online, PR and events.

Leslie Chu, GM of Microsoft Online Services Group, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, pointed out that the challenges for the new agency including changing MSN brand perception.

“Since MSN stands for Messenger in Taiwan, the goal is to give the MSN brand a new flavour. MSN does not only have Messenger but provides MSN content and social networking,” said Chu.
