BBH China is promoting ECD Kelly Pon to chief creative officer.

Pon joined the agency in 2002 in Singapore and moved to BBH China in 2006 as part of the founding BBH China team. She will be BBH China's first female CCO.

She replaces CCO Arthur Tsang, who is leaving the agency after about two years.

Pon has worked with clients including LG, Sephora, Audi, Johnnie Walker, Google, Levis, Axe, FedEx and Unilever, and has also held creative roles at M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy.

“Kelly is a multi-talented, multilingual and multi-faceted individual who embodies the best of the BBH values and is one of the blackest of the Black Sheep ever to work for our brand," Christine Ng, CEO of BBH China, said in a release. "A married mother of three, Kelly has been a prominent female role model not only to the staff in BBH China but across the BBH offices worldwide.”

Pon said this "dream role" wouldn't have been possible without inspiring female creatives and leaders who have paved the way.
