CC&E scoops duties for mattress maker Airland

SHENZHEN - Local agency CC&E has been appointed by mattress producer Shenzhen Airland to handle brand activation, packaging and market promotion.

CC&E said it won the account by defeating the likes of Dentsu Top in an unofficial competitive pitch involving 4A and local agencies. 

The contract was signed in September and covers 2011.

According to its corporate website, Airland was founded in 1966 in Hong Kong.

For over 40 years, Airland has “maintained its leadership position in mattress and bedding products”, but it has also “transformed from solely manufacturing and sales of mattresses to developer, property management, power station and toys manufacturing.”
