Among the creative agencies that have submitted their tender are BBH, DDB, Grey, JWT, Leo Burnett, McCann WorldGroup, Ogilvy & Mather, TBWA, The Secret Little Agency (TSLA), Y&R and CMG Group.

Carat, GroupM, OMD, PHD and ZenithOptimedia, meanwhile, are the media agencies participating in the media tender. VML Qais and XM Asia are the two digital agencies involved.

Last month, EDB called a pitch looking for an agency to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to position Singapore as an attractive business location globally, with the US as a key target market.

The EDB is also looking for an agency to provide media services including traditional, on-ground and digital channels as well as search engine marketing and search engine optimisation advice.

The board is also seeking an agency to maintain its digital assets and related digital services including all the board's websites, its YouTube channel and the development of additional digital content.

The tender closed on 21 May. Consultancy firm R3 Asia-Pacific has been appointed to manage the pitch process.
