Four confirmed in second round of Mars pitch

BEIJING - OMD, MEC, Starcom Mediavest and ZenithOptimedia have confirmed that they are in the second round of Mars' media pitch in China, though incumbent MediaCom has declined to comment on whether it has been invited back.

The date of the pitch’s second round and the brief is still to be announced.

“Accenture, an international media consultancy firm, attended the first pitch meeting. It conducted Mars’ media audit last year, and the client then called for this pitch,” said a source close to the pitch.
