Watts has decided to leave the company after three years. In that position, he was tasked to pioneer and build the Admax and Syndacast businesses across the region.

DMS is Watts’ second successful digital business venture in Southeast Asia. Prior to DMS, he was responsible for building up Microsoft’s MSN business in the region.

“It’s all about the people and I am immensely proud of the achievements accomplished by the DMS team over the past three years. We have grown to be the leading ad network in SEA and have built a scalable, profitable and successful business,” Watts said.

Watts is not being replaced. Mathew Ward is being promoted to Admax CEO and Wolfgang Jaegel to MD of Syndacast. Both will report directly to the board.
