The high-profile leisure resort, located just outside of Kuala Lumpur, includes five hotels, around 200 dining and retail outlets and business and convention facilities.

Incumbent Publicis Groupe's MediaVest has held the business since 2005 and defended the account in 2008 following a three-yearly compulsory review.

Around 10 agencies are battling for the account, according to undisclosed sources. The business is believed to be worth around US$5 million each year.

It is understood that the successful agency will be tasked with moving the resort forward in the digital space.
