Kwong replaces Nancy Yip, GM of Dickson Communications for six years who resigned to join PR Brownies as executive director in February.

Dickson Communications is an in-house agency owned by Dickson Poon, a well-known Hong Kong entrepreneur in the luxury goods retailing sector. Poon is the executive chairman of his Hong Kong listed vehicle Dickson Concepts (DCIL), which owns companies including Harvey Nichols and S. T. Dupont.

Currently Dickson Communication handles the PR for Seibu Hong Kong, Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle Outfitters and Brookes Brothers.
