The new title is part of the move by Haymarket Media Group to rebrand all its Asia-Pacific marketing communication titles and activities under the Campaign brand umbrella.
Campaign Asia-Pacific will be a subscription-based monthly with a launch circulation of 15,000 copies. The new magazine will analyse industry issues, reporting on trends and delivering expert industry opinion, case studies, plus heavyweight sector and platform reports. Carrying twice the number of pages as Media in an all-new design, Campaign Asia-Pacific will dive deeper into the key issues of the month, uncovering the performance of agencies and individuals, examining topical questions, giving essential career advice plus a 16-page section of industry insight.
Online, subscribers to Campaign Asia-Pacific get unrestricted access to the network of five Campaign websites that deliver on-the-pulse news and views plus a research archive of more than 50,000 top quality articles, research and marketing case studies covering the entire region: campaignasia.com, campaignsingapore.sg for Southeast Asia news, en.campaignchina.com for Greater China news in English, campaignchina.com for Greater China news in simplified Chinese and campaignindia.in for India news and developments.
From September 2010, all existing Media products, including awards, conferences and online, will carry the Campaign name and form part of a network covering the Asia-Pacific region, India, the Middle East and the UK.
"A paid-for content model in print, and a combination of free and paid-for premium content online, will help us to develop further the quality of our journalism," said Tim Waldron, managing director of Haymarket Asia. "It will also help us to maximise our reach across Asia-Pacific."
"Media has always shared Campaign's values, and it's a great pleasure now for me to see it take Campaign's name," said the Rt. Hon. Lord Heseltine, chairman, Haymarket Group Board.
Readers subscribing to Campaign Asia-Pacific from now until 30 September will receive 30 per cent off the normal subscription price reduced to US$98. Readers that prefer to wait until the launch will be entitled to 20 per cent off until 31 October. Exclusive benefits of a Campaign Asia-Pacific subscription includes Campaign Asia-Pacific magazine plus all supplements, unrestricted access to campaignasia.com including premium content, Campaign Asia-Pacific e-Magazine and daily news bulletins.
