In his new role, Chan will be a "technology-enabler", said Rahul Asthana, the company's sector marketing director for baby and child care in Asia-Pacific. "Eddy is a resource with a technology background who is also marketing oriented and will help define the vision for marketing technology for all our markets in the region."

Chan reports to Asthana, who is also responsible for digital & e-commerce strategy and capability.

At OgilvyOne Singapore, Chan's prior role has been filled by Augustine Low, who was promoted from director of solutions at OgilvyOne.
