OMD Malaysia appoints associate digital director

KUALA LUMPUR - OMD Malaysia has appointed Yogeswaran Bala as associate digital director.

Bala will work with the senior leadership team and will be responsible for delivering online initiatives through the best use of insights, strategy, business knowledge and digital expertise.

He joins from Zenith Media, where he was business director (digital media and innovation) leading online initiatives for accounts including Celcom, Maybank, Toyota and Tourism Malaysia.

Danny Chin, director, digital platforms, Omnicom Media Group Malaysia, said the appointment will take OMD’s digital capabilities “from good to great”.

He said, “As a group, we will continue to attract outstanding, experienced and unique talent to boost our development in digital.”
