OMD Singapore names Pankaj Nayak as business director

SINGAPORE - OMD Singapore has appointed MediaCom's Pankaj Nayak (pictured) as business director.

At MediaCom, he was group business director for the Dell South Asia team and worked on accounts such as IG Markets, the National Council for Problem Gambling and the National Heritage Board.

Nayak started his career in media in India 11 years ago and has done stints at Euro RSCG and MediaCom in India, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Other clients he has worked with include Intel, Dell, Nokia and Samsung as well as FMCG accounts Johnson & Johnson in India and Reckitt Benckiser in Thailand.

In his new role, Nayak reports to Torie Henderson, CEO of Omnicom Media Group Singapore, who said: “Pankaj has a strong track record and fantastic understanding of the media landscape within our region. With his passion for media innovation coupled with his client and multi market experience, he is a great addition to our team.”
