As director of SPH magazine’s CSU, Ong will lead a team of editors, writers, art directors and designers to produce creative projects for clients and advertisers.

Ong also reprises her role as editor at 24:7, a bi-annual publication for female watch collectors and enthusiasts.

Ong has over 13 years' experience in magazine publishing in Singapore and Shanghai, starting out her career in publishing with Nuyou magazine in 2004. In 2005, Ong took up a two-year posting in Shanghai as the editor for Iflair China, following which she returned to Singapore as editor of Citta Bella magazine.

At the time, she was also the founding editor of 24:7 launched in 2008. Ong's last appointment was as editor of ZbBz, a 'newsgazine' by Lianhe Zaobao, SPH' flagship Chinese daily.

In her role as creative services director, Ong reports directly to Caroline Ngui, group editor-in-chief of SPH Magazines, and as the editor of 24:7, she reports directly to Susanah Cheok, group editor for fashion and beauty at SPH Magazines.

"I am looking forward to the new portfolio and the dual role, which will add diversity to my editorial career," says Ong of her new appointments.

"Ting Nee's wide ranging editorial experience will stand her in good stead as she steers the creative services team to new heights," says Ngui.
