Patrick Lam succeeds Terence Tung as One Media Group’s CEO

HONG KONG - Hong Kong listed media company One Media Group (OMG) has promoted its chief financial officer Patrick Lam Pak-cheong to executive director and CEO, replacing Terence Tung.

Lam joined the group in April 2004 and has extensive experience in corporate development, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

He replaces Terence Tung who has been with the company for over 10 years. Tung resigned from the group on 31 March to take up a senior management role at Mission Hills Golf Club China, accredited as the world's largest golf facility by the Guinness World Records in 2004.

OMG, under Hong Kong and Malaysia listed company Media Chinese International which owns Ming Pao Daily, has over 50 years' history in Hong Kong. The company publishes five magazine titles including the flagship entertainment ttile Ming Pao Weekly, Top Gear in Hong Kong, MING, Popular Science and Top Gear (China edition) in China.
