Singapore-based Peter Knipp Holdings (PKH) has retained Citrus PR to oversee all media relations and publicity activities for the 15th installment of the World Gourmet Summit and for the 3rd Gourmet Abu Dhabi in 2011. 

The leading culinary events showcase local and international talent from the world of food and wine.

Citrus PR will also direct all public relations activities for the other divisions of PKH which includes Cuisine and Wine Asia magazine and Culinary Communications, as well as independent subsidiaries Food Services Consultancy (FSC) and Bytes Asia. 

Peter Knipp, CEO of Peter Knipp Holdings, commented, "The food and wine scene in both Singapore and Abu Dhabi is developing at a rapid rate with world class chefs, fantastic restaurants and a highly discerning public."

He said that the continued development of event platforms in this area will help fuel growth, as will the partnership with Citrus PR, who was integral to the success of this year's World Gourmet Summit.
