McCann Worldgroup Sydney has created a TVC titled ‘Elephant in the room’ to encourage men to freely discuss an awkward problem with their doctor.

The agency has brought in a real life elephant which pokes and annoys a man during a session with the general practitioner. Like the elephant, the problem is also too large to ignore.
