Both appointments have taken effect immediately.

Falla joins the agency from marketing communications firm Stratworks where she was responsible for activation, PR and various below-the-line efforts for clients such as Jollibee, Universal Robina Corporation and Sky Cable. Previously, she was with FCB, where she drove the above-the-line business for Smart Broadband.

In her new role, Falla will handle the agency's portfolio of Unilab products, including Alaxan, Solmux, and Allerts, as well as the corporate business of leading low-cost airline Cebu Pacific.

Meanwhile, Grewal will be responsible for the development of communication strategies, as well as researching on planning strategies, for clients Unilab and Magnolia.

He brings with him experience from other creative agencies, working as brand planning and research consultant at JWT Manila, and resident planner at Lowe Manila in his previous stints in the industry.

“His diverse interests and passion for strategic planning will definitely be an asset to the agency and its brands,” noted Trina Torres, executive officer at Max Marketing.
