Rapp China hires Vivien Huang as CRM strategist

SHANGHAI - Rapp China has hired former Wunderman China data analyst Vivien Huang for the newly created position of CRM strategist.

Huang will report to Rapp China managing director Ross Gearing, who came on board earlier this year.

Huang will tap into Rapp's extensive regional network of data analysts with the added responsibility of supporting DDB China's planning team.

According to the agency, Huang's considerable national and international experience in data analysis, data driven marketing and strategic planning will benefit a range of existing Rapp clients, including Johnnie Walker, Friso and Philips.
