Ng moves from BBDO New York, where he was an EVP and executive creative director. He brings almost 20 years of advertising experience, the last eight of which have been with BBDO.
Searle will remain as chairman of BBDO Proximity Singapore, but will take on the additional role of vice-chairman of BBDO Asia.
Jean-Paul Burge, CEO of BBDO Proximity Singapore and president Southeast Asia, said the appointment signifies the growing importance of Singapore and the wider region.
