The PR account in Singapore was previously handled by Edelman and was subject to a review in February.

According to the tender document on the government site, the public relations agencies would be tasked "to conceptualise, plan and implement" integrated PR plans supporting public education drives for programmes under the HPB.

WE will be charged with promoting programmes around nutrition, mental health, physical activity, workplace outreach, oral health and childhood.

BBS will be handling topics surrounding substance abuse, communicable diseases education, healthy aging and other preventive campaigns.

The combined total of the account is thought to be worth S$460,000 (US$325,000) and the appointments would be for a year with the option to extend for another.
