The annual cycling events calls on partner KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to launch the 'Fly on your virtual miles game’. Through Google Street View, participants of the contests can earn virtual mileages. Sharing the links and route maps with friends will also increase chances to win plane tickets and actual mileage points for the Flying Blue membership under KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

The Upper Storey is responsible for all marketing promotions for OCBC Cycle Singapore. Ranging across print, outdoor and offline components, the whole contest and campaign will end in March.

Chris Robb, managing director at Spectrum Worldwide, which is the owner and organiser of OCBC Cycle Singapore, said: “The virtual world continues to grow in its importance so we feel that our event website and interactive partnerships are vital avenues in which to interact with participants and the many 'netizens’ out there.”
