In his new role, Sintras will also take on global duties for SMG as director of global experience product and chairman of SMG Australia. He will remain based in Sydney.

As SMG Australia CEO, Nolan assumes day-to-day financial and operational duties for the national network. After four years as COO, Nolan's promotion is a "natural progression", according to the agency.
