It has promoted Min Chow (pictured) to the role of deputy managing consultant for its operation in Malaysia. She joined the agency in 2008, and was previously the senior account director, successfully expanding the agency’s consumer and healthcare expertise with strategic wins of key brands in these sectors.

She will be responsible for new business development, marketing and talent management in her expanded role, while maintaining a senior client consulting role.

With more than ten years of experience in public relations and creative agencies, Chow has been involved in brand communications, corporate communications, medical and patient education, advocacy campaigns and corporate social responsibility.

An avid foodie blogger, behind the “After Giovanni” blog, she also believes in the use of evolving digital communication tools in supporting a dynamic business strategy.

Yeow Mei Ling, managing consultant of Text 100 Malaysia, noted that Chow has a unique blend of consulting and leadership qualities.

“Over the past three years, Min has been instrumental in helping to grow our operations, leading a dynamic team of consultants and adding exciting brands to the agency’s portfolio. With this robust partnership in place, I am confident of reaching greater heights of excellence, performance and scale as one of Malaysia’s leading digital communication agencies,” she added.

Text 100 has also promoted its Lee Tiam Siang to the role of account director. He joined the Kuala Lumpur team five years ago when the agency opened its doors in Malaysia.

Lee will be responsible for maintaining senior level consultancy for a portfolio of clients that includes Cisco Malaysia, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia and Gartner.  He is also responsible for enhancing Text 100’s profile in the country.

He has been in the PR industry for over nine years with a background in corporate, B2B, digital lifestyle and consumer sectors, and has run a myriad of campaigns.
