Text100 Singapore appoints deputy managing consultant

SINGAPORE - Text100 Singapore has appointed Preeti Gupta as its deputy managing consultant, to oversee the agency’s business operations, new business and talent development.

In her new role, Gupta will work with Phillip Raskin, managing consultant of Text100 Singapore. She will continue to hold her position as senior account director focusing on consultancy work.

Gupta has almost 12 years of PR and communications experience. She first joined Text100’s San Francisco office in 2003 before moving to VOX Public Relations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Text100 in New Delhi, in 2007.

She has worked with tech clients including IBM, Yahoo, PayPal, Salesforce.com, NXP and Lenovo, as well as consumer brands like BMW and Standard Chartered Bank.

“I’ve been with Text100 for nearly eight years in three different markets and it’s been an amazing experience,” Gupta said. “I’m excited for this next phase in my career and look forward to working closely with the leadership team at Text100 Singapore to further expand our client portfolio and an even stronger team of communication professionals.”  

The appointment follows the promotion of Mabel Chiang to account director and the appointment of of Kristian Olsen, formerly of Vöcanic, and Azwar Ghazali, formerly of Ogilvy, as local digital lead and senior account director, respectively.

“We have a real opportunity to expand Text100’s footprint in the market and work on some great projects and clients, so we plan to embrace that in the coming months as we continue our transformation to a more digital agency,” Phillip Raskin, managing consultant at Text100 Singapore, said. “It’s going to be a very exciting time.”
