Ho replaces Eric Choi who is moving client-side after nine years at the agency, to become director of group marketing at Lee Kum Kee Health Group. Ho will report into Y&R Asia president Matthew Godfrey.

She was previously regional group account director at Red Fuse, WPP’s global agency dedicated to serving all of Colgate-Palmolive’s brands worldwide, where she managed advertising campaigns for Colgate-Palmolive in over ten countries across Asia.

Commenting on the appointment, Godfrey said: “Beverly Ho, long-acknowledged as a prodigious rising talent within the network, is the perfect choice to lead Y&R Hong Kong’s continued success,” Godfrey said.

Earlier this year, Coca-Cola marketer Stephen Drummond returned to Y&R China, where he spent three years prior to joining the soft-drink giant in 2011.
