Wise’s move to the German sports apparel brand follows a period of around three years at ZenithOptimedia, where he worked closely on the Puma account across 11 markets in the region as lead strategic planner. Recent work included that for Puma's 'Social' campaign (pictured), which celebrates the activities of the 'after hours athlete'.

While at Zenith, Wise also worked alongside clients such as AS Watson, Emirates and Sony Playstation. It is understood that he will continue to be based in Hong Kong, although he was unavailable for comment on the move at press time.

The appointment follows that of Adrian Toy, formerly vice-president of marketing at Bausch & Lomb in Hong Kong, as Puma’s regional head of marketing, replacing Christoph Peter-Isenbuerger.
