Faber-Castell leaves it up to trees for Eco-Series project

SINGAPORE – Individual pieces of art drawn by trees are behind an awareness campaign for Faber-Castell’s Eco-Series range.

The project, created by Ogilvy Singapore, saw UK artist Tim Knowles tie Eco-Series products to tree branches to capture their movements on canvas as they blew in the wind.

The results ia a series of personalised thank you notes which will now form part of a travelling exhibition, due to arrive in Singapore later this year.

Ivy Ong, Faber-Castell sales and marketing manager, said, “This idea is a great way of paying our tribute to the environment and saying thank you to the people who have chosen to use Faber-Castell.”

Last month, Faber-Castell’s launched a short film featuring an artist replicating famous art pieces with its premium range of Polychromos Artist Colour Pencils.
