Titipun Tubthong

Head of creative
Brilliant & Million
Thailand

Titipun Tubthong is a business-minded artist who blends creativity with technology to transform clients. His innovative approach, known as ‘technology art’ has made a significant impact both locally and globally. Over 15 years with Brilliant & Million, Tubthong has led the agency's expansion from creative work to social and digital production, culminating in its merger with Publicis Groupe in 2019 and growing the company to 170 employees.

Throughout his career, Tubthong has collaborated with leading brands such as KFC, Nestlé, Mondelez, Visa, and PepsiCo. Under his leadership, the agency secured major accounts, including Garmin Thailand, M-150, Nestlé Pure Life, and Sting. Channeling his creativity into high-impact campaigns, he spearheaded the ‘Godfluencer’ campaign for Sting Energy Drink, which transformed shrines into media placements and gods into influencers. He also launched the KFC Chicken Skin Petition, a social campaign that garnered over 30,000 comments and reached one million people organically, leading to the product selling out in just seven days.

Tubthong’s belief in the power of AI has positioned him as a pioneer at Brilliant & Million. He has implemented AI-driven workflows to streamline processes and free up time for creativity, ensuring the team remains competitive in an evolving digital landscape. He has provided comprehensive AI training across all departments, including client services, strategic planning, and production, to boost work quality and efficiency, and even initiated partnerships with Getty Images AI Gen and Shutterstock AI to ensure quality and commercial rights for brand use.

In addition to driving business success, Tubthong is deeply committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. He leads with an ‘empowering leadership’ style, encouraging his team of creatives, designers, and digital production staff to express their unique talents and themselves. His leadership has also extended to industry-wide initiatives, where he has collaborated with platforms like Sandbox and Spatial to empower autistic children through Web3.0 and NFT art projects. These initiatives have also led to further job opportunities and income generation for those affected by disabilities.

Tubthong’s contributions to the advertising and technology sectors go beyond his role at his agency. He has served as a jury member for major industry awards such as the Dubai Lynx and Cannes Lions, and he regularly speaks at industry events, sharing his expertise on AI and creative technology. For art meets innovation meets empathy, Tubthong is every bit a deserving member of this year's Campaign 40 Under 40.
