Encouraging viewers to record and share their personal "history-making" moments, it calls for entries to give viewers an opportunity to interpret what history means to them. Selected pictures will be shared on the channel’s Facebook wall and a winner will be picked every week.

Viewers can submit the photos with a caption of not more than 20 words on how they made history that day on the campaign's microsite.

AETN All Asia Networks owns and operates the channels History and History HD, Bio, and Crime & Investigation Network across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Hazel Yap, director, marketing and communications at AETN All Asia Networks, said the campaign was a way for the broadcaster to engage with its viewers, while helping them to capture and share the moments that shaped their lives.

“At History, we are always looking for ways to enhance the experience of our viewers, either through programming, investing in local productions or through campaigns such as these, to demonstrate the vibrancy of the brand and the channel,” she said.
