BBH brings Stockholm-based digital university Hyper Island to Singapore

Along with BBH, Hyper Island will host a ‘Meet Market’ workshop - to be attended by a cross-section of BBH clients and collaborators, representing Singapore’s creative community.

Based in a disused naval prison in the small town of Karlskrona, Stockholm, a major part of Hyper Island’s success is based on its unconventional teaching methods of no course materials or a formal curriculum.

Said Frances Great, managing director, BBH Asia Pacific, “We are learning from the best, and feel fortunate to be the first to bring this digital learning phenomenon to Asia.“

Said Hyper Island co-founder Jonathan Briggs, "We are excited to take Hyper Island to Asia for the first time, partly to explore our unique style of teaching as well as learning and to connect with the advertising and digital industry there.”

Hyper Island students have a track record of being wooed by companies such as Apple, Google and IDEO, while its master classes attract top level executives from the world’s leading creative agencies.
