The wins make BBH India the agency-of-record for three Diageo brands, with Vat 69, the Scotch whisky brand, already in the fold.

BBH India won the Vat 69 account in July 2009 after an extensive multi-agency pitch.

Currently, BBH globally works with Diageo on both Johnnie Walker (in the UK and North Asia) and Baileys (UK).

“We are thrilled to have won Johnnie Walker and Captain Morgan on the back of the good work we’ve been doing on Vat 69. These are great global brands and all of us are looking forward to creating some very exciting work,” remarked Subhash Kamath, managing partner at BBH India.

Abanti Sankaranarayan, head of marketing at Diageo India, said, "Both Johnnie Walker and Captain Morgan are top priority brands for us, and we have big plans in this market. BBH's senior management is actively involved in our brands and this makes a big difference to the quality of inputs we get."
